Constitution

The Constitution of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in South Sudan / Sudan is the supreme set of laws that legally represent the administration and mode of operations of the Church. They are the fundamental laws that govern how the Church is organized and how decision making is done throughout the different levels of its existence. This Constitution has been drawn in the Church’s General Assembly (2011) and later amended by the supreme authority of the Church, the General Convention (Article 9, section 4) in the years 2015 and 2019.
